Return Policy 

  • We gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit on returns that are requested within 14 days of the shipment arrival date.
  • Items have to show no signs of wear, and tags/liners must still be connected to each item ordered and not tampered with.
  • Once shipped back, our team will look at each piece and see if the pieces are qualified for the store credit. We have the right to deny any orders that fail to meet the required attributes for store credit If denied, we will ship it right back to your original shipping address.
  • If it was a mistake on our end (wrong style/size/color etc.) a full refund to your card payment will be allowed.
  • If your return is approved, you will be given a digital gift card with the exact amount spent on the items returned to us (matched with discount promotions and codes if used). Shipping charges will also be excluded from the credit received.
  • If your package was unable to get to you or was deemed “lost” by the shipper, we will resend your order to you using your original shipping address.

Return Policy rules:

We happily accept unworn, unwashed, stain/odor free merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit only. This includes marks, deodorant stains, and removed/tampered with liners and tags. Unworn items must be returned in original packaging, with the hygiene pad still attached, and ATRIA Swim tags still attached. For sanitary purposes, please try on our swimwear over underwear. We have the right to refuse or deny any exchange of garments that show any signs of use or wear.
